This family accommodation is located in the Lauragais and its rolling hills, a perfect area to get away from it all. In the center of the village, all the necessary amenities are there Close to Nailloux outlet village for cheaper shopping, Lake Thésauque and its water activities, 25 minutes from the center of Toulouse and 45 minutes from the city of Carcassonne. The apartment is clear and bright with 2 bedrooms, in a very quiet residence. In summer you can take advantage of the residence's swimming pool.

On the day of your arrival, this little cocoon will welcome you between 5pm and 11:30pm (or even from 2pm depending on availability). You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away
