In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

In our renovated historic townhouse in prime location, a modern 21 m² (225 sq ft) guest studio for 1–2 people awaits you. It is safely accessible via a shared stairwell, with a separate entrance. Enjoy full privacy in your own area, used exclusively by you. In our inner courtyard below the fortress, a small private seating area is available for your exclusive use. The local overnight accommodation tax is included in the price and enables free use of public transportation.

Beautiful well-kept apartment with old parquet floors on the first floor of a house from 1938. The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 180 cm), living room, bathroom and cloakroom. A cozy arbor is available in front of your entrance door. The apartment is furnished as I like it when I am a guest: In the wardrobe there is space for two large suitcases, there are many ways to hang things. The atmosphere is colorful, individual and playful.

The modern and newly renovated 85 m² residential unit in the Leopoldskron district offers a unique combination of absolute tranquility in the countryside with mountain views and proximity to the center. The old town is a 20-minute walk, while public transportation takes only 10 minutes. Public transport tickets are provided free of charge for each guest. The local recreation area "Leopoldskroner Weiher" is within walking distance.

Apartment Franziska

Our beautifully renovated in-law is located in the central but very quiet district of Salzburg-Aigen and we look forward to hosting you there! The city center can be easily reached by bus or the S-Bahn in a few minutes, and the stations can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. In addition to the proximity to the city, the apartment is an ideal starting point for walking or bike rides in the recreational area around the Gaisberg.

Welcome to Rauchenbichl Castle in the heart of Salzburg city. Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic estate at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is just a leisurely walk to the city center. The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our house offers two beautiful and modernly equipped apartments in Salzburg-Aigen, one of the most livable and lovable districts of Salzburg. The old town is easily accessible by a nice walk along the river (2 km) or in just a few minutes by car or bus. Our house is located in a quiet residential area where you can get to know the city of Mozart at its best.
