With 40 m², the apartment is designed to offer comfort and privacy for two people. It features a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a cosy living area where you can relax, read or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. If you are travelling for work, there is a large desk that allows you to work comfortably with plenty of natural light and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The kitchenette (small kitchen) is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full cookware, tableware and glassware, allowing you to prepare a light meal or enjoy a slow breakfast at home. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort. The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a minibar with extra charge. On the ground floor you’ll find a shared laundry area with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board available for guests. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.
