It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

At an altitude of about 600 meters, at the end of a sack road, surrounded by nature, you will find our cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station,... In our fast-paced time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we are looking forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (about 10 minutes drive from the cottage)

is twelve minutes from the tram station and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and downtown Graz by car ten minutes and the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Hosts can also use the terrace. There is a chance of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility to rent 1 or 2 bicycles.
