The compact house (built 1906) has been lovingly and lavishly renovated according to ecological guidelines. It combines a historical ambience with modern comfort and is situated right next to a large garden with fruit trees and a natural swimming pond (10x3 meters). The pool is shared with the holiday property next door. Additionally, the cottage has it's own private small garden with a spacious terrace available for al-fresco dining, sunbathing or just unwinding.

Stylish, bright & modern 2-room apartment near Augsburg. The highlight is the large, green roof terrace – which is perfect for relaxing with the hot tub. Important: the hot tub must be booked before arrival for €40 per day. The property offers a cozy bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. In addition, there is an underground parking space as well as temporary free parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
