We offer renewed apartment, where the first guests were welcomed in 2023. The building is located in the central part of Burgas, very close to the city pedestrian streets from one side and to the Sea garden and beach from the other side. For the guests' convinience thereare a dining room with one pulling-out sofa, separated kitchen box, one bedroom with comfortable bed and a terrace. Supermarkets, few small vegetable shops, pharmacy are in few minutes walking distance.

Open the terrace door on your first morning and the Black Sea fills your entire view. A private staircase takes you to the water in 60 seconds. No hotel lobby. No shared pool. Restaurants, Byzantine ruins, and the seaside promenade are a short walk away. Everything else can wait.
