Honestly the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Butuan!💗 Super cozy, super clean, and just gave me that home away from home feeling. The owner is sooo friendly and replies really fast—made everything feel so easy and comfy from start to finish.💞 There’s a good parking space too (which is a plus for me!), and the unit? Totally worth it. Like… it’s super affordable for how nice everything is. I already told myself I won’t be booking a hotel in Butuan anymore—unless (sadly) this place is fully booked! Huge thanks to Ma’am Reo for being such a great host and for making this place so affordable for everyone! You’re truly the best!💖 Highly recommend it! Will def be back.☺️

Guest House inspired by a modern cozy living.

My place much more new and we have renovated with new cabinet and added sliding door inside the house. The sliding door makes our place more cooler and minimize the sounds of outside traffic. We are in the centre of Butuan City close to everything and 5-10 mins by drive to Municipal, SM Mall (with Starbucks & good restaurants) Gaisano, Robinson Mall and 15-20 mins away by drive from Bancasi Airport.

Our stay at Sir James’ place was amazing and worth every penny we paid for! It was very homey for us… the area was peaceful and secured. WiFi was okay, but a faster speed would be helpful and greatly appreciated for those who work online like me. Would also like to suggest having a TV/Netflix, it would be amazing! All in all, me and my family enjoyed our stay. Super grateful for Sir James and his family for being so accommodating. Would love to stay again next time.
