Monthly Rentals in Gijón

Rafael and his wife are super attentive, they were flexible with the arrival and the apartment is quite cozy and has everything you need for the stay. A big plus is the parking space they have. The centre of Oviedo is easily accessible on foot. Very close to the house there is a shopping center that if you need anything is a step away. Without a doubt, if I return to Oviedo or the surrounding area, I will repeat the accommodation!

Now THIS is the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The cottage is GORGEOUS and pristine. Truly a piece of art. The location is rural and peaceful while being a short drive to both Gijon and Oviedo as well as other coastal towns. However I found myself not wanting to even leave the cottage—it is just so beautiful and inviting. The hosts, Virginia and Giuseppe, are welcoming and friendly. They live on the property, but I only really saw them when I was checking in and out. It provided a nice peace of mind knowing they were next door. I highly recommend booking for as long as you can to enjoy the serenity of this home.

Everything is great, the accommodation meets everything that appears in the ad. Very clean and very comfortable to spend a few days. Very well located. The service from the owner is wonderful, he is available for anything.
