the house is beautiful, cozy and quiet. perfect for rest. the neighborhood is residential, without many shops and restaurants nearby. the marga is a polite and discreet host. it was a pleasure to share the space with her, since it is an independent accommodation but within the same house. Communication with nat was always very friendly and fast. The certainty of a great stay for those looking for tranquility! the bed is the shower worth mentioning because they are sensational!

The apartment is very nice, cozy, and functional. The building is very nice and the area, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful residential areas in the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very cordial. I'll definitely be back on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

I had an excellent experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very kind, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both rest and work. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, the most outstanding thing is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would return without hesitation. A perfect stay!

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful and comfortable hallway house. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always room for parking. Maria is very attentive and friendly. Safe and well-lit place at night. We love it. Super recommended.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's department was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favoring perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Beautiful skyline and Guido is a wonderful cook. Lorenzo helped sort out an issue with taxi driver when I first arrived from the airport. Overall, couldn’t recommend more.
