Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Stone cottages, Levanda shared pool- sea view

Stone Cottages, is a complex of 4 separate holiday houses, located in the village of Tzamarelata, in the northern part of Kefalonia. Levanda is the largest house (67 m2) with 1 air-conditioned bedroom, a living room featuring a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a front private and furnished terrace. Just a few meters away you will find the shared swimming pool and the beautiful gardens. The house offers a relaxing holiday, with all necessary amenities to couples and families.

It is located in an estate of about 3 acres, which was once a vineyard and vegetables garden that was damaged by the construction of the villa and is now slowly re cultivated

Located in Mánganos, Magganos Sunset Villas offers an outdoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool. Fiskardo is 5 km from the property. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The accommodation is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV. Some units include a dining area and/or terrace. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher.
