Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

A small house located in a privileged environment of impressive natural value and beauty, the Sierra Mariola Natural Park. You only have to walk 200 meters to enter the park and breathe in the calm and silence. The environment offers many possibilities, it is located on the edge of one of the most important routes of the ascent to Montcabrer. A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.
