The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! Our stay here is absolutely amazing. The kids and the adults enjoyed their pool so much. The location is peaceful and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Sir Bernard is responsive to our needs. The place was clean; the kitchen was super. Everything we need, this place can provide.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! The property is really clean, just like in the pictures. The house feels like home. The airconditiong is very comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs, it was very spacious, with walk-in closet and plenty of drawers. I love the chandeliers and the bathroom walls. The gas stove and the cooking area by the pool is very practical, it made food prep easy. The swimming pool is good size for our group, it can be heated for extra fee. The caretaker, Obet, is helpful.

We enjoyed our stay - definitely enjoyed the heated private pool and jacuzzi at night. Loved that it's pet-friendly as we were able to bring our dog. Quality in everything at home - interior, furniture, lighting. Wish there are home slippers :)

I’ll rate my overall stay in Balkonahe ni Miranda as 4.7/5. The place creates a relaxing and soothing climate. The rooms are well cleaned, furnished and designed to destress you from the city hustle-bustle. The pool and its garden is perfect to support your splash cravings at night. lAside from the entire place, Ate Jane is very accommodating. She supported us with some of our needs and is flexible enough to make ammends for non digital transactions. Moreover, the star of the night is Miranda, the dog. This furryball welcomed us with a big smile and paws-itive vibes. Additional towels could have made this stay higher alongside with streetlights especially at night. Nonetheless, still recommendable - Migs Sakin okay lahat. Need lang improve yung maintenance ng floor of pool. Kasi madulas. - Des Accommodating si ate. - Ela Great place with awesome view. Thank you Mars. Had an amazing stay at your place with just a short walk to Robinsons Plaza. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, etc. including items needed for cooking such as oil, sauces and spices. The gazebo was great for our guests to celebrate my mother-in-laws 92nd birthday. The views overlooking Taal lake and volcano were beautiful. Thanks also to Maimai who was very helpful. If I ever come back to Tagaytay I will be booking your place. Thanks again Mars and Maimai.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as advertised—clean, cozy, and just the right size for our group of 9 on a quick weekend getaway. The space was well-equipped and comfortable overall. One thing to note is the steep slope going down to the property—it can be a bit tricky to drive, especially if you're not confident behind the wheel. During our stay (rainy season), some appliances got wet due to minor gaps in the cover, so a few small fixes there would help. Also, expect some bugs at night and in the morning, so bring insect repellent if you're sensitive. Lastly, the kitchen is in the basement, and taller guests might need to watch their heads—it’s a bit low. Overall, a great experience and would still recommend for a chill escape with friends or family.

We really enjoyed our stay, we truly appreciate how transparent/straightforward the host was whenever we would talk to each other, the place truly made our "mental health reset" trip memorable and worth it. Hazell is a most responsive and helpful host. The house is in a nice quiet location, with all the amenities that are required for a comfortable stay. The standout feature is the garden and gazebo with a lovely view. All in all a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The place was quaint with a beautiful garden/backyard that we really enjoyed. It was fully stocked with all the essentials you could think of — from towels to kitchenware and more. There were TVs in both the bedrooms and the living room. I also appreciated how pet-friendly the place was — even pet bowls were provided! Just a heads-up for pet owners, especially those with small dogs: the lower part of the gate has openings that small pets might be able to squeeze through, and there are quite a few neighborhood dogs around, so do keep an eye on them. It was a bit hard for us to locate the bnb with the provided instructions but was able to confirm with the host with a little Google Maps street view. Nevertheless, the location was easily reachable by Grab and Foodpanda, so we were able to order all our meals in. Overall, a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

The place was great. It was a small slice of paradise. The place was serene, peaceful and very relaxing. It is also super near Mahogany Market and other Tagaytay famous spots. You can find almost if not everything you need with just a few minutes walk from the resort. The host was very accommodating. We were provided all the basic things that we needed. Just a small thing about the pool, the water was just deep enough for kids, it could be filled more so the adult guests can enjoy it more.

We had a great stay. I requested for firewood for the bonfire and the host gladly provided it for us. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay and we were not able to use it. The place is exactly how it looks on the pictures. Everything is working and the furnitures are great and comfortable. Hope we can come back another time after the rainy season. We definitely recommend this place.

Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Very nice place and perfect for a quick getaway with family. The host and the caretaker (Kuya Rhudy) are very helpful throughout our stay. Worth the price!

Really enjoyed our stay here! We checked in after a hike in Nasugbu and it was just what we needed. Super chill, comfy, and felt like home. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the little touches and all the cute houseplants. The patio was our fave spot—perfect for catching the breeze at night. Mark and Christina were responsive too. We had a memorable outing with friends at this lovely Airbnb! The place was beautifully designed with nice interiors and spacious rooms—perfect for relaxing and hanging out together. It came complete with amenities, including a great karaoke system that added so much fun to our overnight stay. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi, which we all absolutely loved! The pool was also clean and well-maintained, ideal for both day and night swims. A big thanks to Kat, the Airbnb host, as well as to Ate Jen, the caretaker, who were both very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway or a barkada outing—we’d definitely love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is comfortable, clean and quiet. The down stairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for our elderly mother. Easily accessible for those who have a hard time getting around. The furniture was also easy for her to sit in and get out of. Highly recommended for those who have elderly traveling with them. And the upstairs bedrooms were so quiet and comfortable. Ma’am Aileen was very helpfull and kind, she made sure we had everything we needed! We hope to come back! Salamat po!
