Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The two terraces will allow you to choose to eat outside or inside. The accommodation is very cool in the summer, very pleasant with the temperatures climbing. If you're traveling by bike, no worries about parking. Welcome to our 4* cottage in the heart of Auvergne! Nestled in the hills of Brivadois, Marie and Christian will be happy to welcome you to their family home, which was fully restored in 2020/2021. Charm, comfort and current decoration await you about ten minutes from Brioude on the road to La Chaise-Dieu, in the village of Lupiat, a small hamlet in the municipality of Agnat.

Entire picturesque wooden accommodation, fully equipped with private terrace, overlooking a fenced and common courtyard with the owner of the premises, adorned with a large cherry tree. Ideally located between the two regional parks of the Auvergne and Livradois-Forez volcanoes, 5 km from the A75 or Issoire SNCF train station.

This magnificent (independent) single-storey studio of 20 m2 with light beacons overlooking a terrace is close to the A75 motorway, it will allow you a stopover or a peaceful short stay with its 160*200 Queen size bed. There are country lanes on the edge . No animals allowed . Sheets and towels are available.
