All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Casa Rosina è una casa completamente ristrutturata ma che conserva ancora un'atmosfera di altri tempi. Situata in collina , si trova in un borgo medievale con pochissimi abitanti ,dove si può godere del silenzio, immersi nella natura e con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Potrete trascorrere un bellissimo soggiorno, godendo di tutti i confort e soprattutto godervi il giardino molto curato e la piscina. In pochissimo tempo potete raggiungere le bellissime città di Lucca e Pisa .

La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
