Our stay was totally great. Emma was very helpful and her in-laws even drove us to a pharmacy when I was burned by a jellyfish, also we got local fruits from them. Totally helpful and good-hearted people. Everything you needed was there and every room was super cleaned and equipped. Totally local apartment still no disturbing noise. We would book again any time.

There were three of us (2 adults, one child) in Vangelis' house for 10 nights. We enjoyed it very much because the house is well thought out (location terrace, layout, equipment) and you can take nice excursions from there. We liked the beach and the promenade in front of the door (about 5 minutes walk) but best at the travel time in early September. The hotels are little visited so it was nice and empty on the beach compared to the well-known coves nearby.

The apartment was very nice, also the check in was very simple. The stay itself was very good, but what is not acceptable is that the host tries to blame us for damage that we did not cause. That's not possible. I can only recommend to every visitor to take videos and photos as proof, both at check-in and check-out. Oh, and pay attention to the towels, ours were full of stains from previous tenants, only 2 were really clean.

Stelios (lithos villa manager) and his team were absolutely fantastic. Allowed us early check in which was great. All areas of the villa nice and clean. Pool and garden area really nice for us and our children. Pool was great for our 4 year and 10 month old. On arrival there were some gifts in the fridge which were lovely. Also got a few little extras dropped off during our stay which was very generous and kind. 5 minute stroll to the beach which had a few bars and restaurants. Couple of supermarkets if needed. So locations was great. Can’t speak highly enough of Stelios and his team. If we decide to stay in this area of Crete again we will book again for sure. Thanks again Stelios for all yours and the teams hard work much appreciated.

Beautiful house located directly on the beach. The outdoor area is very nice and the house is well-equipped with everything you need. However, I have to mention that the beach in front of the house is not really swimmable; you'll need to go a bit further down to find a spot suitable for swimming. Overall, we had a great time.
