Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Agistri

We loved our stay at Petros's. The location is exceptional, quiet and secluded, however with all the necessary supplies 10 minutes away. The small beaches are at the end of the park with trees and flowers, with sunbeds and umbrellas. 2 kayaks are even available, and they have served well. We were blessed to be able to observe the dolphins on loan 2 days in a row 🤩

The space was very beautiful and thoughtful. The cleanliness at an excellent level. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I do not consider it ideal for couples as the space does not have sufficient privacy especially when you sit outdoors (of course the host mentions it that the outdoor space is shared).I would definitely choose it again with my company or my family.

A wonderful maisonette, on a lovely island. Xanthi’s house is tucked away a short walk from the little port of Myli. We had a great view of the sea, & spent lots of time on the veranda. The kitchen has plenty of equipment, a full oven & a good-sized fridge+freezer. We did very little in the kitchen though, preferring to eat at the excellent Kafenes to Mantraki most days. You could venture further eg to Skala where there are numerous places to eat, but you don’t have to! The veranda has a great day bed - a fine place to relax after a long lunch. The bathroom is a wet room. Plenty of power in the shower. The bedroom is a good size & has a nice view. The mattress is firm, which some people may prefer. However, I always sleep better when there is a thick mattress topper. The pillows were fine. It being early May, we didn’t try the aircon. The island is small and quiet, and good for walking and relaxing. The host is very attentive. Altogether a very positive experience.

Great place to stay, comfortable and easily accessible near Athens’ main attractions. My only note is just to take into account that the listing specifies 3 beds, however there is one bed and a sofa pullout in the house. Nonetheless, we would stay here again!

A beautiful house, just like the photos with excellent architectural aesthetics inside and very beautiful courtyard outdoors. In a very quiet spot with greenery reminiscent of countryside but at the same time it is next to the metro on foot. It is fully equipped with all the essentials and very clean and allows you to have a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The host was friendly,gave all the necessary information, and was always available. Overall a great experience in everything, I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Vari. Very nice welcome from Aris and his wife, they are always available and discreet. The place is great: Very well located 10 minutes walk from shops and the sea. 20 minutes from the airport. Also ideal for children with a ping pong table, basketball basket,... Listing worth recommending!

We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

Great place which is close to the public transport and train stations with plenty of restaurants close to the apartment. Kostas's instructions and to do list is really helpful with easy self check-in and check-out process. Thank you Kostas for everything. Highly recommend Kostas's place.

I worked out of Oliver’s place for two weeks and it was a 5 minute walk from my work. It was by far the nicest of my coworkers, and the upstairs area was an awesome place to relax and host friends for an evening or read a book during the day. The bedroom can get quite muggy. Overall I would for sure stay here again and recommend.

Loved this place so much that we came back ! Walkable distance to the centre of the town, super clean, lots of balconies and the rooftop is amazing with 4 lounge chairs ! Krassy is super nice and answer super quickly she was also flexible on the check out. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Athens! You absolutely cannot beat the view from the terrace!!! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and flexible, and he checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Great location for sightseeing in Athens. Very convenient to the Akropoli metro as well as taxis for getting around.

This was my 3rd stay in Athens, and as usual the city has its great vibes and atmosphere, the scent of the oranges trees everywhere in the street is great and makes your memories 4D ;)). Dimitris apartment has everything you might need and if you need anything Dimitris is a very kind and helpful person who is ready to help or to provide you with what you need. The place is secure & quiet. Very suitable for couple or even small family in addition, the pets are allowed taking advantage of the outside area which has orange and lemon trees. It is an awesome place managed by great human being. I felt I had sister in Athens and her care and communication bowled my wife and me. The place, though smaller than expectations, had all the amenities and large terrace with perfect combination of mountain, city and sea view. This is a MUST STAY place and we highly recommend...Cheers

This location was comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. This location was close to the beach and transportation. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for local beaches and we found the perfect spot. Their help and apartment was a big part in making this a memorable trip the Greece.

Next to a metro stop in the city center, spacious house with large spaces and spotless ! It's worth all the money ! We'll go for it the next time we visit Athens . It's worth trying.

everything in and about the apartment was excellent! the area is a more local area with barely any tourist but so many coffee shops and restaurants. about 45 min walk to the acropolis but a nice walk! pool on the roof is an amazing feature as is the hot tub! recommended immensely
