It is ideal if you just want to relax watching the sea, or do some sightseeing. You have the choice of jumping off the rocks to the sea just under the house, or visit one of the three beaches found in the area. The choice is yours.

It can satisfy your every wish, whatever season you choose to visit us. It is located in the traditional village of Steiri, which combines history, adventure, mountain and sea.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Ένα νέο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι στην περιοχή πάνω από το λιμανάκι στο Πορτο Γερμενό με εξαιρετική πανοραμική θέα στην θάλασσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην ίδια τοποθεσία με την άλλη μου καταχώρηση (villa nikos). Το κέντρο απέχει 1,5km ενώ η κοντινότερη παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500m. Επιπλέον έχει μεγάλο ιδιωτικό χώρο για parking καθώς και barbeque, laundry room, εξωτερική ντουζιέρα και παιδική χαρά.

A tiny cottage, but equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in the area of Prosili and is just 100 meters from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The sea is ideal for swimming, diving or fishing. The center is 1 km away, where you will find the local supermarket, cafes and excellent taverns with fresh fish.
