Classic Chic Two Bedroom Central Apartment

This 4th floor, 80 sq.m apartment consists of a spacious living room with a 40'' smart TV, dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen which includes fridge/freezer, ceramic stove, oven, espresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer and all the necessary kitchenware for preparing meals, 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed with a ''stress free'' mattress and a built-in closet, second bedroom with a Queen Size bed with a ''stress free'' mattress and an open closet, one bathroom fitted with a bathtub and one WC. The apartment is equipped with double glazing as well as window shutters and Air Conditioning is installed in the living room and all the bedrooms. The apartment which is located on the 4th floor can be reached by an elevator. The capacity of the elevator is 3 people at a time. We are 24/7 available to help when needed to ensure our guests enjoy the most pleasant and convenient stay! We are always happy to provide recommendations about the city, its food and culture so that our guests enjoy a true Athenian experience and leave with the best memories from Greece! The apartment is located in a residential area, only 1 minute from Victoria metro station, and is surrounded by bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and supermarket. It’s a 20-minute walk to the commercial city center. The must-visit National Archaeological Museum is 5 minutes away. The apartment is located in a local residential neighborhood with all the necessary amenities nearby (supermarket, bank, pharmacy, cafes, bakeries). The famous National Archaeological Museum which is a must visit when exploring Athens is only a 5 minute walk away. Victoria Metro station is located 1 minute away with direct access to the Port of Piraeus and access to the airport. In just 2 stops you will be in Monastiraki from where you can walk to all the sightseeing sites, or in 3 stops you will be in Syntagma and in 4 in the Acropolis and Plaka. Alternatively, the commercial city center/tourist sites are within 10 to 30 minutes walking distance. Kindly note that smoking is allowed only at the balcony. Evangelia est une super hôte accueillante, réactive et arrangeante. Nous avons pu laisser notre valise plus tôt que prévu afin de nous balader dans la ville en attendant le nettoyage du logement. Les instructions laissées étaient claires, et le logement était impeccable et très fonctionnel. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, proche d’une place très conviviale et de tous les commerces (petits marchés, restaurants, bars…) Nous recommandons très vivement Evangelia et nous la remercions pour tout! It was so lovely to stay here. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and easy going. The location of the air bnb is wonderful - we got to know the neighbourhood and the diverse community that makes it. We walked everywhere from the air bnb. Felt comfy enough to have rest days and cooked meals at Leona’s spot too. We loved our proximity to the Ukrainian cafe down the street on the corner of Acharnon and Amariou. Easy experience!

Tolle dachterasse und zusätzlicher Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die Akropolis. Lage top fussläufig zu Bus und U-Bahn. In ca 1h Fußweg hat man alle Spots bis zur Akropolis abgelaufen. Kypseli kleines nettes bürgerliches Viertel mit toller Kaffeehauskultur.

Fantastic Stay at Nadav’s Place! I had the pleasure of staying at Nadav’s place for one night, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The home was spotless, cozy, and in a great location—everything we needed was within easy reach. Nadav was a fantastic host and made sure to communicate with me throughout the stay, which made the experience even more seamless. From start to finish, everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and I’d definitely return in the future!
