Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Agios Panteleimon

Maria's place was great for me and my family. we had plenty of space and with a bathroom upstairs and in the basement the stay was great. The park was cute, the beach was a bit too cold to get in (early May) Lidi supermarket close by as well as a couple of cafes.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

If you are ever lucky enough to book this beautiful home I would really recommend it ! If we didn’t have to return our car rental we would’ve asked to stay longer than 2 nights. The place is so beautiful and one can tell that it is well taken care of and loved. Our host had many recommendations, speaks English Greek and German and is very welcoming. It was peaceful and beautiful and just perfect for our short holiday. Thx for everything David !

Niki and George are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful and always had a good idea for an excursion. Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great place. Very close to the airport and family friendly

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Athens. It was within walking distance of most attractions but also close to the underground too! The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly as the photos shown. We had a lovely stay here and would 100% stay again!

I was really excited about my stay! The accommodation was spotless, fully equipped and much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The location is excellent and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

This is a family owned real estate that immediately makes you feel at home. Hosts are very kind and proactive, house and terrace are clean, lots of green trees to walk. It’s not too close to the sea so renting a car is mandatory but if you do, it’s a perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s castle which was beautifully appointed and accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 10 children age range 13 down to 9 months. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful with lovely beaches close by and swimming off the rocks below the villa a pleasure. Good tavernas close by. Michael was a wonderful attentive host. All in all a bit of paradise.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

We made the gender disclosure of our baby with families and best men. Great location, beautiful views , greenery peace and quiet !! We were comfortable in terms of noise (due to children). Very helpful host, lived next door and always discreetly asked if we were ok and we needed something!!! Perfect for large groups!!

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10
