Holiday houses in Agios Leon

We really liked the loft at Georgia and it was exactly like the pictures. We had a lot of privacy. When sitting in the garden we got a surprise with some great local fruit and drink.

A very cozy, solid house, it is clear that the host was built for himself. Chic wooden furniture, sofas. Everything is very clean, the atmosphere is like at home. Good-natured hosts who were constantly bringing treats for children. The house has 2 huge terraces, with all furniture and umbrellas, where you could have breakfast. As in hotels, not only towels were offered for use, but also bath robes. Very large living room with cozy sofas, 3 bedrooms separately. In the evenings, you can hear the owl barking nearby in a landing)). 7 minutes by car and you are on the most beautiful Limnionas beach. Nearby is a good tavern, oil factory and separately nearby local cheese maker, with delicious cheese. Parking for 2 cars right before entering. Very comfortable accommodation, thank you very much. Definitely recommending!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They met us in Agios Leon to take us to the villa and were helpful with places to go and recommendations for beaches and tavernas. The villa was extremely clean and beautifully presented and had everything we needed,. The location was peaceful and away from the main tourist area but close enough to tavernas, petrol station, bakery and mini markets. There was a very affectionate ginger and white kitten that we called 'Marmaduke' who kept us company out on the terrace. He was the highlight of our stay here and we hope other people and the owners will continue to feed and look after him 🙏 If you don't want noise and hustle of busier places, you won't be disappointed staying here! Great location within easy reach of everything with a hire car.

We had a wonderful stay! You have so much privacy, just nature and the sea. We recovered so well and enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace and even from the bed. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. We lacked nothing. In a few minutes you can reach some taverns/restaurants by car. The private access to the sea is perfect and the water is wonderfully clear. It was a super relaxing stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

This house is exceptional; I can’t wait to return. It’s an absolute gem with breathtaking sea views and a wonderful host. If you’re staying on the west coast of Zakynthos, this place is a must. The entire experience felt like a dream. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated 200-year-old house. The outdoor space was perfect for BBQs and enjoying meals in the fresh air. We were welcomed with homegrown grapes, melon, and figs, which were absolutely delicious. The lady ( not sure she was Loanis’s mother ?) brought fresh eggs and homemade fig jam for our breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She even offered to clean the house and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to return!" Thank you so much!!

Giannis Villa Serenity is a nice spot in the middle of the island. Not a long drive to some amazing beaches and restaurants. You will definitely find serenity and privacy in his house.
