What a beautiful apartment! The accommodation is spacious, tastefully decorated, impeccable, clean, perfectly tidy. The view is superb, and the terrace is very pleasant. We really enjoyed Kariofyllis’s place, the location was really good with plenty of things to do in the surroundings, also not far from the main touristic sites. The appartement had every things you need and was really good to rest after a big day exploring around. You can also have a swim in the morning right across the street. Thank you :)

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The space itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. But the real standout is the view: the pictures don’t do it justice. Seeing the city and the Acropolis from the balcony was truly unforgettable. The location was perfect for us, just far enough from the busy tourist areas to enjoy a more authentic, local feel, but still close enough to easily reach all the major attractions. It was the best of both worlds. The Raise Team was also fantastic, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed, scenic, and well-located home base in Athens!

A very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. All of the appliances work well and the apartment is very clean. It has a beautiful view on the Acropolis, especially at night. The apartment is located à in a residential area with about a 30 mins walk or 20 mins by metro to the tourist attractions. The check-in process was very simple, however the check-out time is very strict with not much flexibility.

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

Thank you for your hospitality Olga and Niko. We had a great time exploring and finding our way around Athens on the trams. Your accommodation was easy to access beaches and public transport. Thank you also for the salad, oils, bread and Ouzo we enjoyed those delights.

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

We chose the area to be near friends and lucked out with this gorgeous, clean and comfortable property. Not to mention cool AirCon and wonderfully working Wi-Fi. Dimitris was so so kind. He went as far as collecting us from the metro station when we arrived which was more than we were expecting. Definitely recommend.

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of a great neighborhood. It was a very comfortable place with all the amenities you could want. The location was perfect! Right next to the tram which proved invaluable in getting around the city. Despina was very proactive and helpful offering very clear instructions. It was all turn key with everything in place! This is a must stay place for us whenever we visit Nea Smyrni next time. Thank you Despina!

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, just like in the photos, maybe even better! The location is very convenient and quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host was kind, hospitable and willing to help with anything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.
