Central Studio is a modern apartment, fully equipped, ideal for all trips. It is located on the main pedestrian street of the city, just a 1-minute walk from Areos Square or Petrinou Square and 3 minutes from the central square of Agios Vasileios. There is an outdoor parking lot 20m away. It is located next to a variety of options for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, clothing stores, gyms and a bicycle rental store. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
