Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).
