Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Agioi Anargyroi

If you are looking for a place that has everything you possibly need within a short walking distance and everything you need to be productive (gigabit fiber optics, PC monitors and keyboards, standing desk, etc), look no further! And if you want to see any of the touristic sites in and around Athens, the metro stop is just a short walk away. I had an urgent medical issue to treat and Yorgos really went above and beyond to help me get treated at a nearby clinic; he is an exceptionally caring person. My stay at Yorgos' apartment was one of the best, if not the best, Airbnb experiences I have had after being on this platform for over 10 years. Highly recommended.

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Alexandros is a great host. The apartment offers everything one needs. It is close to the Metro Station Kato Patissia and the neighborhood is safe. There is a super tasty Bangladeshi restaurant about five minutes away. We will gladly come back!

Excellent location of modern apartment for town, tourist attractions, restaurants and getting to the airport. We made great use of the pool, for which Stamatis provided towels. Had everything required for basic cooking. Stamatis was very attentive, insisting to be there when we arrived. He showed us the apartment and made sure to talk through a map of the areas we wished to visit. Wanting to visit an island, Stamatis recommended Hydras. It was gorgeous and easy to get to using the metro and then a ferry.

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. Very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

Very pleasant stay in Athens, the apartment is well located, a few minutes from a bus stop, which allows us to navigate Athens without problems. We were received by a partner of Dimitri, he was very kind and kindly explained the operation of the apartment and even made recommendations for visits. Apparently very modern and spacious, it was really very nice. I could just put a small downside on the neighborhood which at first sight does not seem very safe, but we had no problems. I recommend this accommodation if you want to spend a few days in Athens.

I can only concur with all the stellar reviews left by all the guests! Everything was absolutely perfect (cleanness, location, bedding quality, local recommendations, etc..) and we hope to return soon. We stayed there for 1 night before we caught our flight back home. A really beautiful well equipped apartment with everything you would possibly need. The apartment was clean tidy and easily accessible. Totally worth the money. Marilena is an excellent host! Very responsive and helpful. We requested a baby cot during booking and it was ready and all made up when we arrived. We requested a late check out and that too was accommodated. Thank you Marilena.

The place was great for our family, very spacious with plenty of room for all of us! It was close to everything as well and had a beautiful view of the acropolis from the balcony.

Place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Bus and metro stops are 5 mins away, so getting around is easy. Main spots like the Acropolis and port are a bit far, but manageable. Manos was extremely helpful, gave solid local tips, and let us check in early — really appreciated that.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From booking to check-out, the hosts were communicative and eager to accommodate every need. The one thing to note (not a negative) is that Omonia can be an… interesting place at night. Luckily, you are in the heart of city center so everything is within a €10 taxi ride. When, not if, we return to Athens, we WILL be staying with this exact same spot!
