A lovely apartment, so close to the beach and all the lovely restaurants, a stones throw from two mini markets, couldn’t ask for more. Apartment well furnished, super clean and air con worked v well. On top of that, the welcome we got from Kostas and his family was incredible, we felt more like we were staying with friends after the first night! Great communication before, during and after our stay. V much recommended.

Absolutely perfect stay. The host was exceptional—responsive, proactive, and always available, no matter the time or the issue. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and somehow even better than the pictures—which is saying a lot. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and truly cared for. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone, and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

We loved staying here so much, we were sad when it was time to leave! The location is ideal. It's situated just a short walk from the beach and the pristine blue waters of the Aegean, the bus stop, and restaurants. Stelios and Eftihia were very friendly and provided a lot of support. They also provide for daily cleaning and fresh sheets every third day. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Giannis è stato veramente eccezionale. Appena siamo arrivati, tramite la chat di airbnb e ci ha indicato la posizione precisa dell’alloggio e ci ha suggerito dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. Dopo averci mostrato l’appartamento ci ha parlato un po’ della sua ristrutturazione recentissima per la quale ha usato materiali specifici e tradizionali di Naxos. Ci ha fornito una cartina del luogo e ci ha dato molti suggerimenti (apprezzatissimi) sui luoghi da visitare sull’isola, sulle spiagge più belle, sui paesini più interni da visitare e soprattutto sulle taverne greche dove andare a mangiare bene e solo cibo tipico. Ci ha indicato le zone da evitare perché troppi commerciali e ci ha suggerito le zone più autentiche dell’isola. Giannis si è sempre mostrato disponibile e qualche volta ha prenotato anche per noi dove avevamo deciso di andare a cena. Veramente un’ottima esperienza. Infine la casa era molto fresca e sempre pulita. Grazie! Peccato non esser potuti rimanere di più. Voto: 10!

Schon seit über 15 Jahren sind wir regelmässig in Naxos und haben verschiedene Wohnungen gebucht. Diese ist, nach unserem Geschmack die schönste. Sie liegt in sicherem Abstand zum Treiben am Strand und bietet aus ihrer erhöhten Lage gleichzeitig einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Die grosse Terrasse mit der genialen Beschattung war uns wichtig. Das Reihenhaus ist auf zwei Stockwerken zweckmässig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Anna ist eine sehr aufmerksame und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie kommuniziert proaktiv, rasch und flexibel. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es im gesamten Quartier ein Problem mit dem Internet bzw. WLAN. Ohne auf die Behebung durch die örtlichen Techniker zu warten, hat sie rasch und auf eigene Kosten eine für uns praktische Backup-Lösung installiert; super Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L’isola di Naxos è un paradiso e un isola stupenda! Il mare è incredibile di un colore turchese! L’apartamento di Ale è bellissimo piccolo comodo con tutte le comodità vicinissimo al mare a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia! Ci sono dei bellissimi ristoranti dove mangiare piatti tipici di mare e della cucina greca!! Ideale per chi si vuole riposare lontano dal caos delle città’ Naxos e veramente una bellissima esperienza da fare!! E la sera dal terrazzo di Ale apartment si può fare un bellissimo aperitivo al tramonto e mentre il sole tramonta si vedono tutte le altre isole in lontananza!! Una sensazione di libertà infinita di odori incredibili e sapori fantastici!! Porterò nel cuore queste emozioni incredibili!! vale davvero la pena a solo 35 minuti di volo da Atene!! Penso sia ancora una delle ultime isole greche incontaminate! Affittando un motorino come ho fatto io si può visitare tutta l’isola! Il costo è veramente basso!! grazie Ale per questa avventura meravigliosa🙏

Great place to stay in Agia Anna, just meters away from the water with a good restaurant just in the waterfront (we recommend the gyros there). there are supermarkets are restaurants all around and the beach was perfect. you can also rent a bike, quad or car in town. Katherine's attention was great, she even left us a piece of cake as welcome. the only thing to notice is that the balcony is shared with the room next door but there is plenty of space and you can see the ocean. the restaurant downstairs plays music until late so you need to clise the Windows to sleep but that didn't bother us. I would definitely come back here, we recommend.

We stayed at The Beach House for four weeks and can honestly say it was the perfect home from home. The accommodation is cleverly designed, with a comfortable sitting room on one level, a few steps down to the kitchen area and shower room, and the bedroom on a mezzanine level. The open-plan layout works wonderfully, with each area nicely defined, making it feel both spacious and cozy. The true ‘jewel in the crown’ is the outdoor covered patio area and the well-planted garden. We spent many hours enjoying breakfasts, dinners, and drinks in this beautiful space, and it really made our stay special. The house itself has a modern interior, is immaculately clean, and very well presented, with everything we needed for a longer stay – including a washing machine and iron, which was incredibly helpful. The location is peaceful, secluded, and tranquil, yet there are a number of hotels nearby with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We’re already thinking about booking again.
