You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is Sun Kyma café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

The house is located in Plaka of Naxos and is 8km from the port and 4km from Naxos airport. It consists of four independent studios of 27m² each of them and guests share no common area. The house is 70m away from the beautiful beach of Plaka with green-blue crystal waters. Near the house, there is the intercity bus stop ("Petrino" bus stop), with frequent itineraries. In the wider area along the beach, there are traditional taverns, umbrellas with deck chairs and mini markets.
