Cozy apartment in an apartment building centrally located in Trondheim. The apartment is located in the backyard of an older apartment building from 1878 in the heart of Ila. There is a private entrance to the apartment. The landlord lives in his own part of the apartment building. The apartment consists of a room that is a combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower cabin, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most places, but also good bus connections.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Within walking distance to the speedboat quay with arrival from Kristiansund/Brekstad/Trondheim as well as parking if you come by car. Grocery store a short walk away. Beautiful views and opportunities for trips in the surrounding area. Small bench with kettle, fridge, microwave and dining area. Please note! There is no hob/oven in the apartment! These can be used in the main house, just call us. The apartment is about 35 sqm, private entrance. Mattress for person no. 3 and 4

Good space to eat outside in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free parking. WiFi. Nice and quiet place, perfect for relaxation and reflection

Cabin by the lake

Enjoy a stylish experience in a centrally located place. The cabin is located right on the seafront just a few meters to the lake/boat/beach life. The famous Frostastien trail runs right outside the cabin area. The cabin is located on the upper row with a great view. If you wish to rent bed linen/towels, you must notify us in advance so that this can be arranged. This costs 250, - per person. If you want to rent a boat, there are opportunities for this 5 min away by car. Let us know and we can pass on contact info if you are interested.

Central apartment at the waterfront

New kitchen, large bathroom, hallway and living room with 1x180cm bed, 1x sofa bed (140cm unfolded)! All sleeping places are in the same room (living room). TV with Chromecast. Toys and children's books. The apartment is located at the bottom towards the sea centrally on Brekstad. Only 5 min. walk to the city center or speedboat to Trondheim or Kristiansund. During summertime it will be possible to rent a boat (10ft pioneer) with 5hp outboard motor located in the shore just below the apartment. Fantastic fishing opportunities

Beautiful place and location! Here you can enjoy the forest right outside the door, sunset and views of Trondheim Fjord, swim with the doors open, sit outside under the roof, and open the large folding doors, so the indoor-outdoor feeling becomes completely seamless! Walk for only 3 minutes and you will find Trondheim's most popular swimming area Korsvika, and you have the city center and the Solsiden within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door. There is parking for 3 cars and an electric car charger

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Dagligvarebutikk er kun 15 min. kjøring unna Koselig kafe i gangavstand, med asiatisk preg, kioskvarer, bensinstasjon.

Charming house with a lovely garden room with sliding doors and a wood stove. Access to boat without engine and paddle board. Large area to play on with playground equipment. On the veranda there is outdoor furniture, a 3-meter dining table and 12 dining chairs and a grill. Inside you can seat 12 people and there are 2 wood-burning stoves, as well as a heat pump. There is also an electric car charger and good parking at the house. Welcome to a pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.
