Beachfront holiday rental in Agde

Despite the weak weather, very successful stay with 3 small children thanks to the comfort and location of Martine's house. A short walk to the beach, with games, the Grau shopping street and its market. We enjoyed a warm welcome, the beach and even a few swims for the brave ones. The house is spacious and a very nice exterior. We'll be back with pleasure for a new family vacation. We highly recommend this house, well laid out, very clean, perfectly equipped and so well located.

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlours in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a cul-de-sac so no noise which is very appreciable. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnb and this one is in our top 5. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Lovely walks along the cliffs and a short stroll to the marina and all the restaurants etc. Apartment is very comfortable and pleasant.

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.

Well located apartment because it is far from everything Shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. everything is nearby If you play golf, you can also walk there The apartment is very functional. There is everything you need. The terrace is sunny all day and for those who fear the sun there is the tarpaulin to have shade

The accommodation is really very well placed , we are close to everything. The unit is small but very well arranged . We had all our meals outside so we didn't test the kitchen amenities. For 4/5 days ideal accommodation. The concierge is great . They are a couple , very welcoming , available and responsive, very flexible on schedules . We will come back without hesitation.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

A hyper (the word is not misused) clean and very well designed accommodation with breathtaking views of the harbour. A caring and hyper-responsive host. PERFECT stay in a sublime setting. And as a bonus, a closed garage in the condominium secured by regular rounds of a guard. You can't get better than a central location (without the disadvantages of the centre) like this, close to all amenities and beaches. This is the perfect rental for people wanting a stay in a peaceful place and close to the centre where you can stroll peacefully along the docks of the port.

we had a great week in this nice apartment, very well renovated, with air conditioning, not to mention the magnificent sea view. the port is less than 10 minutes' walk away. I will come back with great pleasure.

Small, clean and comfortable house with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach. The hostess is adorable and very caring. We highly recommend it.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can be on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, cot, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

A very pleasant stay with a very nice and cozy apartment. Sheets and towels included in the price, which lightens the suitcases! Private parking that allows us to leave our car safely and do everything on foot! 🏝Beach just in front of the apartment not to mention the restaurants and shops nearby.
