This is my second listing in the same property. The first one is listed as 'Modern+Aesthetic Service Apartment Style Living '. With a fully functional modular kitchen, dedicated study space, a private balcony, attached bathroom and lots of plants my home has been planned keeping in mind those travelling for business. I have designed the space with a lot of attention to detail in order to make the place a perfect blend of coziness and utility.

Within walking distance are situated the Heritage Park , restaurants, shops, hospitals and bus/auto stand. The host is a retired civil servant of Govt. of India, having keen interest/ passion for tennis , yoga & meditation( Vipassana). Tripura tennis association and the courts are also situated within walking distance.

Staying at Gargi’s place was a truly homestay experience with warm hospitality from the host who made us feel at home. The room has all basic amenities including cooking facilities with essential appliances and utensils to make the stay comfortable and convenient. Cleanliness and hygiene of this stay was excellent. I do appreciate Gargi for beautifully decorating the room with the concept that ‘there is a place for everything and everything in its place.’ The balcony and the front garden made this stay a special one. Vegetable market and grocery stores are just a short walk from the stay. The location of this building is also very accessible, a little inside from the main road making it a comfortable and peaceful stay. I would love to stay at this place whenever visiting Agartala again.

Staying at Arpita Place was such a wonderful experience that I’m already looking forward to my next visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was coming home, thanks to the warmth and kindness shown by Arpita's father, who manages the property. He is not only a great host but a genuinely kind person who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Every detail seemed thoughtfully prepared, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend Arpita Place to anyone visiting Tripura. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality feels this heartfelt—thank you for making my stay unforgettable! !!! and and their Garden was Cherry on the top.!!!
