Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

It was a comfortable stay. As in the photos, the apartment is very close to the center and can be reached in max 5 minutes on foot. There are also several beaches within walking distance. Circular items are new. Cleaning was very good. The living room is very small, but the magnificent terrace provides a sufficient seating area with a magnificent view for the summer months. There is even a laundry rack and a latch. The check-in instructions were very descriptive and we checked in easily. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. You can swim in the sea from various parts of the city. Parking problems are almost non-existent in general. The sea is magnificent. We highly recommend Neos Marmaras and the apartment. Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at Ioannes was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice holiday was there. And you are right by the sea! Ioannes was very likeable and welcomed us kindly in Kalyves. We particularly liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: not only were we able to check into the apartment at 1:00 a.m. (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but we were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and problem-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was in a convenient location and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

We have decided to spend our honeymoon at Konstantinos’ place and it was the best decision we have made! He was always responsive, ready to help and understanding about our late check-in. The location is Superb, extremely beautiful, well taken care and has everything you need for your stay! It was definitely the best choice we could have made and for sure, we will come back!

It was really nice staying at Michalis, we shared some traditional Romanian drinks and then he came back with something from his side. He's a really nice guy helping with directions, best restaurants/beaches, where's the best place to buy olive oil :)) and many more. It's mandatory to rent a boat for a day because the place is just gorgeous and Michalis has his own boats meaning it's really easy to do so. Overall - a great location, very private, cosy and a 10/10 host.

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

Everything was perfect for us.

Great accommodation with an outstanding, cozy balcony with rocking chair! The apartment matches the photos, kitchen well equipped with large refrigerator. We were there with our child and there was a top cot and an Ikea high chair, so perfect. The bathroom is rather small and if you shower too extravagantly, the floor gets wet, but since there is a drain, no problem. There is a washing machine and we also received detergent from the hosts, thank you again. Only the air conditioning fails to cool the apartment properly. But thanks to the fan and mosquito screens, you can sleep at night with the windows open.

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Nice and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room and enough space for up to 5 persons. Big jacuzzi in the balcony - perfect for the hot weather. Apartment close to the beach and restaurants with very delicious food. Would recommend to others.

Stillani is an incredible hostess ! This property is amazing; serine, and peaceful inside and outside. The gardens are enchanting and the outdoor furnishings are very comfortable and inviting. The wonderful fragrance of the garden is unforgettable. The interior offers a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The keys words I will use are very comfortable, welcoming and cleanliness throughout the property. What a wonderful experience overall.
