The chalet "Piccoli Piaceri" is part of a small village of three chalets and a restaurant immersed in one of the most enchanting and evocative landscapes of the Julian Alps. The chalet is located in greenery, surrounded by meadows and woods, in the presence of the magnificent peaks of the Julian Alps. At the disposal of our guests there is a warm and welcoming environment, with attention to detail and designed to give moments of pleasure and relaxation and a vacation that remains in the heart.

Centraal gelegen: 3 min naar de Brennsee(suppen, surfen, foilen), 5 min naar supermarkt en restaurants. 15 min naar Bad Kleinkirchheim of Gerlitzen (wandelen, skiën, thermen, mountainbiken). Direct toegang tot wandel- en fietsroutes. Binnen 30 min panoramische Almstraßen. 30 min naar Villach, 40 min naar Tarvisio (IT) en de Soča-vallei (SI).

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Apartment at 1000 m above sea level overlooking Lake Millstatt. It is a self-contained apartment located on the first floor of the single-family house. The nightly rate includes the local tax and cleaning fee. Ideal location for: Hiking in the Nock Mountains, cycling and mountain biking, swimming vacation near Lake Millstatt... Book one of our four tiny houses. Wi-Fi free zone, no TV, pure digital detox - but there is 4G reception via the mobile network ;-)

Barrier-free bungalow right on lake B2 (2-6p)

This barrier-free bungalow is suitable for families, seniors, and the disabled. Beach and all amenities are to be used by all guests of our houses. 3 Bungalows in total for max 20 people. Can also be booked as a group accommodation. No pets allowed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. You must bring your own beach towels. Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. A deposit of €250 is required for damages.

The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.
