Pool heating available from 20th March until 10th June and from 1st Sept until 3rd Nov.; it can bring the water temperature up to a maximum of 26 / 27 Celsius degrees and depending on the weather conditions the water temperatures may vary between 23 - 27 Celsius.

The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.
