The apartment is in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island, very safe and well connected. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. We are close to a promenade, with a bike path, which leads to Arrecife or Playa Honda, an ideal location for exploring the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.

It is located 5 Km from Arrecife, 1.4 Km from the airport, 3 min. walk from the beach and a sea avenue that goes from Arrecife to Pto. del Carmen perfect for walking or cycling. It is close to the Deiland Mall, restaurants and bus and taxi stops.
