Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. One visit and you'll be charmed. Come and admire the starry sky 🌟

HOT TUB operates year-round. It is a new house that is located directly on THE LAKE SHORE. There are 2 king-bed bedrooms, 2 patio doors, 2 full and luxurious ensuite bathrooms. A 54-inch bed has been installed in the master bedroom walk-in closet. (spare bed for 1 adult or children) DIRECT ACCESS TO SNOWMOBILE AND ATV TRAILS... The Soapmaker's Loft

On the second floor of the house, a loft has been converted. Everything is there, full and private kitchen and bathroom. Small balcony overlooking the church steeple and the village. The displayed price is for 2 people. If you want to have the office/bedroom you must enter number of people 3 to get the adjusted price. You can also add this extra once you arrive.
