The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and hob. From the living room you enter the ground floor terrace with direct access to the garden. The apartment was renovated in 2022 (except for the bathroom and toilet). The apartment is in the main building. The landlord's family with 3 children lives above the apartment.
