The farmhouse from the first half of the 19th century is located in the center of the monumentally protected village of Spodnja Polskava. The traditionally built walls of the farmhouse maintain a pleasant living climate both in winter and summer; you can cool off in the shade of the mighty walnut tree canopies. The house has a bedroom with a bread oven, a living room - a former black kitchen with a farm table, a kitchen and a bathroom (50 m2). Apart from the bedroom, all rooms are arched. The house with a fenced yard (1500 m2) is suitable for short or long holidays.

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood area of ​​Maribor with direct private parking in front of the entrance. It is equipped with new beds, ideal for 4-6 persons. It is newly furnished comfortably warm with large windows, back private garden with sitting furniture. There are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, ski slopes, cycling trails, restaurants, parks, shopping and wine routes nearby. Ideal comfort, perfect stay after long day. NEW Mediterranean studio apartment

This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The apartments are located in an excellent position at an altitude of 1000m above sea level, next to the upper station of the Pohorje cable car and the Mariborsko Pohorje ski resort. This allows guests to access the ski slopes on skis in the winter months, and to visit the Pohorje Bike Park or hiking trails in the summer months. Our apartments meet the highest 4-star standards with their spaciousness and amenities.
