The place was great. All neat, spacious, and beautifully decorated. From the balcony a beautiful view of Maribor and the greenery. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the wire and hotel where you can have a meal at affordable prices. Literally from the apartment, you're already on the first hiking trail, and there are some and they're beautiful. As well as accommodation, we loved it, and we'll be back. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and they've also granted us a late checkout. Complimentary! Thank you to the hosts and see you again!

The place is great, affordable, comfortable and we felt right at home. It has everything you need, there are many shops nearby, and a connection to the highway that was crucial to us because of our trip to the race, and there was always a parking spot waiting for us in front of the building. Communication with Dragica was great, she was very responsive and directed us to the apartment. All compliments and recommendations 😊

The accommodation was super central and everything was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious. The host was friendly and responded quickly to questions. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended for a short trip to Maribor :)

Beautiful place, spacious and cozy, markets and restaurants nearby and great for walking.

Great location for visiting the city of Maribor on foot. The hostess was really helpful and gave direct directions to find the apartment and the parking spot. Having a free parking spot is one big advantage. Knowing iIt has an espresso coffee machine Dolce Gusto helped us have the right capsules before arrival. Thanks for everything Simla!

One of the most beautiful accommodations in Maribor🇸🇮! The interior is much nicer, as in the photos. Everything was clean, the location was quiet and Mojca always responded promptly. Everything was perfect. We'd love to come back, thank you! ❤️

Very nice, spacious and well equipped apartment for 4 people. The owner was helpful, communicated quickly and waited for us to personally handover the apartment even though we arrived around 23:00. Provided bowl full of fresh fruits was a nice cherry on top.

We stayed at the property for three nights. Top location, easily accessible and yet quiet. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Everything has worked out so far. Since the studio is on the ground floor of an old building, it is more suitable for the summer months. It was relatively cool and the heating options were limited.

Highly recommended. The flat is just next to the bike/hiking/ski tracks, in the forest. It’s big, clean, modern and is equipped with everything you need plus some nice things like the electric darts board. We would also recommend a short walk down the ski tracks to the bar/restaurant to chill and where you can meet the owner. He’s an excellent cook, a really cool person and a National handball legend! We really hope that we can organize a second trip and we will definitely choose the same place.

A very nice time during the winter holidays, an app close to the ski and toboggan run. Everything as described, quick and clear agreement on everything. The apartment is very spacious and functional, with plenty of closets and storage.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very nice and clean in an quiet zone. Nice place, easy to be reached. Schlauer was a perfect host and helpfull and proactive in describing what was nearby and in Maribor. It was absolutely a great stay!

Apartment is in a very good location, close to the city centre and also to the parks and nature and railway station. Everything was clean and prepared. Self check in is big plus and was without any problem. I have nothing to complain about.

A very friendly owner, this villa is situated in a wery calm environment. If you pay extra, you can also use the spa room (jacuzzi and sauna), which takes the experience to a whole different level. Would recommend Leon’s place to anyone!

Everything was good, but there were some things missing like a functional dish washer and the oven didn’t work. The check in was complicating too, but all in all it was a great apartment with a great location
