Our house is located in a quiet location, Unterfeldweg 48, in the 22nd district. The cozy apartment (60 m²) can accommodate 3 people, is new and modernly furnished. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. Since our free parking offer is limited, please request a free parking space when booking. The city centre and other attractions are easily accessible by public transport, approx. 30-40 min. We will be happy to provide you with further information if you have any questions!

Diese schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Gratisparkplatz vor unserem Haus mit Garten bietet viel Platz und liegt in einer sehr sicheren, grünen und ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel und auch das Wiener Stadtzentrum ist relativ schnell und einfach erreichbar. DIe Busstation befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie abhängig vom Verkehr die zahlreichen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 15-30 Minuten.

Great apartment - 2 bedrooms - with parking

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. Free parking in the underground parking! This is the perfect accommodation for a family with 1-2 children. There are 2 bedrooms and also in the living room 2 people can sleep comfortably. There are several supermarkets, a pharmacy and 2 bakers nearby. U1 - Kagraner Platz subway station is only a few hundred yards away. You can reach the city center in about 20 minutes.

We really liked staying in this facility. ☺️ Maria was a great host, fast and pleasant communication, she sent us timely and clear instructions to the facility and how to enter the facility. Everything is as in the pictures, we especially liked the small but very pleasant terrace. There were other apartments around us with other guests who did not respect the house rules in the building (loud music after 10 pm), but the apartment was very well soundproofed so we did not hear the neighbors inside at all. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the building there are many restaurants and a large shopping center.

Tastefully furnished tiny house with everything you need. Two bicycles, a whirlpool, large gas grill, very good terrace furniture with lounger were available. Vienna is very easy to reach, short drive to P+R Leopoldsau, from here the CityCard applies, bookable via the Internet and ticket machine in the parking garage. We would love to come back and thank Roman for the pleasant stay.

Our stay at the place was fantastic! The apartment was super clean, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us valuable tips for the area and were available at all times. The location is ideal, quiet and yet well connected, so we could get to the center quickly. The place really has everything you need – from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfy bed. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

It just doesn't get any better, it's exactly because of accommodation like this that Airbnb is attractive. The communication with Bettina and Werner in advance was very friendly and they even agreed that we could check in 45 minutes earlier to arrive in time for the wedding to which we were invited. The accommodation itself is even more beautiful than in the photos, an insanely beautiful, charming and extraordinary villa in the Weinviertel - one of the best value for money I have ever seen. I'd do it again anytime, I highly recommend it!!
