While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. It was a pleasant and beautiful stay in every sense. It was a very clean and nice home. The pool looked a little dirty, but we soon realized that it was because it was in nature rather than being cleaned, and flies and insects entered it. The solution-oriented and friendly approach of the employees was nice, thank you.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

We thank Mr. Ensar very much, it was a very nice holiday. It was very clean and tidy. Mr. Ensar tried to offer more than he could. We felt like we were at home. If we want to have a 2-3 day getaway again, we will definitely consider coming, I would definitely recommend it to those who will come.

The location was great, the house was spotless and the communication with the host was extremely easy and quick. The pool was constantly warm and ready to use which made our stay much more comfortable. We couldn't see it in the photos, but the fire boiler in the garden allowed us to have a more enjoyable time in the evenings. Thank you again Ms. Ümit for her hospitality and attention.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

We loved our stay here. It was clean, private, quiet, and most importantly: the beautiful green scenery. The host was responsive and friendly. Getting to the house wasn’t as difficult as some other comments suggested. Our only regret was that we didn’t book more than one night :)

Everything was good, but it was far from the city and to enter the villa we had to climb many stairs with an inappropriate slope and height.

The owner is so respectful and friendly. The unit is amazing. New and comfortable. The most special thing was that all bedrooms in one floor which make it more comfortable

The accommodation is as in the photos, even better in real life :) a magnificent view of the quiet lake. We only stayed one night but we will definitely come back. A big thank you to Fatih's parents who welcomed us very well.

For the first time with my wife, it was a Bungalow experience. Mr. Lütfi was always helpful at every stage. Although some mishaps came, he made an effort to help us. The house is comfortable and cozy. If you want to enjoy yourself with peace of mind, you can choose.

The place was great for us, eight people. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet. For groceries, you need to have a car, but if you have what you need, the kitchen and the grill are good to go.

In general, the house was just like the photos, the entrances to the lowest floor and the last two floors are different, you can't tell from the photos. We lit a fire in the garden and sat, the atmosphere was really enjoyable. The house had everything you could need slippers from the trash bag. It was very hot, we never got cold. 6 vehicles comfortably fit in the parking lot. The house gives the impression that it is clean at first, but there were problems when you went into detail. There were yellow stains on the sheets, glad we took our own sheets. There were also a lot of bugs, we picked up close to 30 bugs, and some were alive. In addition, the inside of the stove and the drum in the garden was full of ash, and we had to clean it before burning it. But I will go again, it is a very nice house and Ms. Yeliz can be reached.
