A dream of a Cycladic house overlooking the sea

Welcome to Greece, to my home! It's a family home, typically Cycladic. It belonged to my grandparents and I tried to keep the spirit, while adapting it to the demands of today's life. A village house, accessible by a charming staircase, it is totally protected from road noise. Facing south, (very important, because sheltered from the meltemi, north wind that blows in bursts all summer), it overlooks Klima, a picturesque fishing village (20 min walk and 3 min drive) and the entire inner bay. Very quiet environment of Greeks who live there all year round and who must be respected. Terraces where you can have breakfast and enjoy the fiery sunsets. Inside, a first large common room, kitchen, living room with a small sofa, shower room and toilet, a beautiful bedroom with its "doulapi" (closet) included in the wall. The ceilings have remained traditional, beams and kalami recently whitewashed and whose virtue is to protect from noise and heat, but not from mosquitoes, spiders and insects that can visit us despite the constant care taken to keep the house clean! Despite everything, even if we are very close to the sea, we are also in the Greek countryside, that of olive trees, cypresses, and a typically Cycladic flora; the song of cicadas and crickets, at nightfall. With in the distance, the bells of sheep and the braying of a donkey. This will make your stay exotic and I hope unique!

Orion Milos

In the accommodation you will see a single space where there is a super double bed and sofa. In addition there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the outside you will find a beautiful space to enjoy your breakfast or your evening wine.

Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

APOLLON by Akroploro - a sea view studio

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the comfy bed, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Located in the northeastern part of Milos, in Pollonia which is a small picturesque village, the studio is enjoying a fantastic sea view and it is close by foot to the local tavernas and a sandy beach. Pollonia is 11km from Adamas, the port of Milos. In the village there is , a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a car rental office.

The Painter’s House

Our comfortable village house, dates from the late 1800’s and was the former home of a local painter, Terpsichore, you can see some of her works hanging in the house. The property has been recently renovated into a comfortable space giving guests a true feeling of village life being located within the labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets in the most picturesque village on Milos-Plaka,Known for incredible sunsets,breathtaking views,wonderful eating houses and beautiful churches.

Grandfather's home is a 67 square metres ground floor acommodation that consists of 2 bedrooms , 1 living room with dining table, 1 fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a private bathroom. Its very spacious cool home made by thick stone walls , a lot of light is coming from the windows . Also there is a garden with flowers and trees in the exterior that you can enjoy from the balcony .

The room fits up to three people. Relax in our stone built beds with hand carved bedside tables. The bathroom is fully equiped with the essential amenities, shampoos and a hairdryer The room also includes a flatscreen TV, free Wifi and wired internet, a fridge and a coffee machine to start the summer days the right way, and of course your own spacious private balcony.

The Yellow Boat House

The little fishing village known as Klima is located right on the waterfront quite close to the entrance of the huge natural harbour of Milos. The tiny hamlet is much admired for its little boat houses with their brightly painted doors and windows.

Our house is situated in Mandrakia,a little fishing village near the famous beach of Sarakiniko. It consists of one big room with a double bed and a well equipped kitchen,a bathroom and two verandas with sea view,one of the verandas with loungers.
