This is a 65 m² 2LDK apartment, which is unusually spacious for Tokyo, located in a quiet residential area a 10-minute walk from Ayase Station. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is equipped with 1 king bed, 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, making it comfortable for families, groups and long-term stays. There is a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for nomadic workers and remote work. It is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can comfortably use it for video conferencing and work. Equipment: 32-inch monitor, colour printer, microphone, LED light, ergonomic chair. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, cooking utensils and tableware, so you can cook your own meals. The living room has a dining table, sofa and smart TV. Higashi-Ayase Park, famous for its cherry blossoms, is within walking distance, and you can freely use the gym and pool at the nearby fitness club during your stay. Convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, making it convenient for long-term stays.
