We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

We traveled to Velipoja as a group of a total of 7 friends. Traffic in peak season from Tirana airport to Velipoja is a bit challenging, but considering the entire traffic situation in Albania is fine. The house was optimal. We especially liked that there were 3 air conditioners and also the outdoor kitchen and its amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken with us. Otherwise, Serkiz helped us a lot, especially with a problem with the airline, who mistakenly flew a friend's suitcase to Poland. Our host's recommendations were also helpful in designing our vacation. Be it restaurants or attractions in the surrounding area. We really liked the location, as the house is located away from the central tourist region of Velipoja, but all the restaurants, bars and the beach could still be reached within a 10-minute walk.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

The house itself is perfectly arranged, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, which really made our stay feel special and effortless. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again.

Our stay at Anja's home was absolutely wonderful. The house is perfectly positioned near the top of a hill with a dramatic sea view - it's a wonderful place to sit and relax, have drinks and eat. From the house, it is a 10 minute walk into the main part of the city and to the beach...and there are a variety of beaches you can visit without having to drive. The house is very comfortable, air-conditioned and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus - it was great to be able to have a quick dip there or relax poolside. The neighbours are friendly and we felt we had a really authentic experience in Ulcinj. In addition, Anja was extremely helpful with suggestions about restaurants, sights and beaches -- even to the point of making a couple of reservations for us. She made herself extremely available and was always in rapid contact if we had any questions. Anja's home was a real find and made our trip to Ulcinj perfect.

We had the most amazing stay here! Set over three floors including the rooftop and grapevine covered terrace there was plenty of space! The kitchen is large and contains all the contents you need. The bedrooms are simple but more than adequate as if your like us you will spend all your time outside! (AirCon in the rooms was super powerful and very welcomed) There are two bathrooms with walk in showers so no queuing. The absolute highlight for us was the roof terrace, it’s huge! With an amazing cabana bed, loungers and patio table. All of this is made even more special by the festoon lights all around the whole property making night times watching the sunset magical. Literally a two minute walk out of the door is a small crystal clear pebble beach with the sunset setting right in the middle of it. There is a parking space on the small road just out front of the house so that was perfect. 100% recommend hiring a car. Thank you Almir and Elena who greeted us. We loved it ✨🖤

Super equipped river house with large and beautiful terrace. We particularly appreciated the beach bed, the bikes, the sup and the many utensils for cooking (including Bialetti, etc., for coffee!). Air conditioning in the living room and two of the bedrooms. The house must be furnished itself upon arrival. The communication with the owner was extraordinarily good: always available, lots of good information and recommendations and very likeable! Thank you Jü! 😊

Very nice stay, very clean, easy contact with the owners, all things taken care of immediately, 10 minute walk to the beach or the cliff where you can enjoy the sunset. Hosts greeted us with local fruit, arrived by car at the airport for an additional fee. We recommend trying grilled fish with Jamie Oliver's friend! Highly recommended!

The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The host was welcoming and attentive. The property was immaculate and well-equipped, with a great location for easy access to local attractions. One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Great host and location

It’s a great place to enjoy the sea and the beaches, I live in Bar and the beach in Utjeha is my favorite. The place is spacious and has everything we needed. There is a lot of space to hang out and enjoy the sea views.

A cursed host's mom, eager to speak German. The apartment is clean, well-maintained in a beautiful neighborhood. The beach and shops are very close. The only downside is very weak wifi, but it's not so bad, because we don't go on vacation for the internet. I highly recommend it!

Salih was brilliant from the very start when I made the booking. Always offered his help. Arranged travel for me and my family from and to the airport. One particular day he went out of his way which was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea is amazing. Good access to shops and restaurants. I won't forget my first trip to Montenegro and I will have fond memories of Sahil.

It was an amazing experience. Almost every room has a toilet and shower (only one room doesn’t, but there is another bathroom next to it specifically for that room). During the summer, it is very comfortable because every room has air conditioning. I visited with my family, and it felt very private. The host(Mentor) was very responsive and open to providing whatever we needed.

The place looks exactly like the photos. A great place outside of the city. You definitely need your own car. If you have one, there are plenty of things to do all around the area. The owner is 100% responsive and helpful.
