River House 97 is a luxuriously furnished two-story house,where it is located on the right side of the Bojana River ,400m from the bridge. The house is equipped with all additional inventory, where on the ground floor there is a TV with 200 channels,wi-fi,kitchen with a dining room, a slower, a fridge, a rostil, a toaster, a bathroom with a washer, an iron, a terrace with 60m2 and an additional mini kitchen,with a dining room and towels. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view .The house has 3 parking spaces.

The wooden house, built in 2024, is located on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana, one of the most beautiful spots in Europe. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

The lake house is located in the heart of Shiroke with direct views of Lake Shkodra and offers all you need for a pleasant stay in and around Shkodra. In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

The cottage is located on the river, it is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the mouth of the river Bojana, which flows into the Adriatic Sea, make a barbecue, sunbathe. It is located near one of the best fish restaurants "kod Miška". At a distance of 500 meters there is a sandy beach, where there is the possibility of kite surfing, sailing. Across the street is the nudist village of Ada.
