The wooden house, built in 2024, is located on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana, one of the most beautiful spots in Europe. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

Our boutique houses are one of a kind. The unobstructed panoramic view, private space in the house and on the terrace, 10x4 m infinity pool, outdoor lounge, outdoor kitchen.
