River House 97 je luksuzno opremljena dvospratna kuca,gdje se nalazi sa desne strane rijeke Bojane,400m od mosta.Kuca je opremljena sa svim dodatnim inventarom, gdje u prizemlju u dnevni boravak ima TV sa 200 kanala,wi-fi,kuhinja sa trepezarijom,sporetom, friziderom,rostil,toster,kupatilo sa ves masinom, peglom,terasom sa 60m2 i dodatnom mini kuhinjom,sa trepezarijom i ljezajkama. U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

Laguna River House / ada Bojana

Nezaboravan spoj prirode, reke, mora, dugih pescanjih plaza i vaseg odmora!Dobrodosli u nas dom! Laguna house je novoizgradjena i moderno opremljena kuca (2019), za 6 osoba, smestena na atraktivnoj lokaciji, na desnoj obali reke Bojane , 200m uzvodno od mosta. Kuca ima 50m2 unutrasnjeg prostora i 50m2 terase, bastu, natkriveni privatni parking za vise auta i izlaz na reku. U blizini kuce se nalaze glavni asfaltni put, restorani , male prodavnice( 200m), plaza, kite baze, plazni barovi(1,5km)

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Deluxe Villa with Pool and Jacuzzi

This unique place has a style of its own , the second floor of a newly built and fully furnished home with seperate entrance. Everything a person needs to have a relaxing holiday. The villa apartment is luxurious and cozy with two bedrooms, bathroom with bidet, kitchen and living room. You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. We also offer pool towels.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Bamboo Cottage

Escape to The Bamboo Cabin, a cozy retreat perched above the river, surrounded by lush reeds. Just 600m upstream from the bridge, this peaceful hideaway offers a deep connection with nature. Wake up to birdsong, unwind to the soothing sounds of crickets, and enjoy two bar areas with seating. If you're skilled, the river provides a free lunch daily! Apartment "Garden" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

Coratina Cottage

Our elegant and charming cottage provides an ideal escape for individuals in search of serenity and calmness, with olive trees, some of which have stood for centuries. The cottage is well located and situated on the local road to Valdanos beach. Moreover, its convenient location merely 2.8 km away from the historic town of Ulcinj adds to its appeal. The Coratina Cottage offers a serene retreat that is just 2.1 km away from the beautiful Valdanos Beach.
