Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Acropolis

We stayed for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment was beautifully designed with so many unique details that gave it a stylish and cozy vibe. The rooftop was spacious and perfect for relaxing it felt like our own private oasis in the city. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi it was clean, comfortable, and made the stay feel extra luxurious. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available if we needed anything. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in Athens! --- Want it to sound more casual, romantic, or professional? I can tweak it.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Stocked with everything you need to cook. The backyard was a peaceful oasis to relax after exploring in Athens. The neighborhood had a great grocery store and a fun playground just a block away. 100% recommend.

Amazing place, have everything, and friendly

We stayed in the apartment for our wedding preparation and it was just great! The house was super clean, with romantic and thoughtful decor that created the perfect atmosphere. Hosts were great – kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed. It felt like home from the start. I highly recommend! they gave US a great gift and gave us images and prayerbirds. I was sincerely touched. People with soul. Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts.

My three friends and I stayed at Spyridoula’s place for two days while awaiting to aboard our cruise. Our stay was absolutely great! The home was in a great location, was absolutely beautiful (as pictured) and clean! In addition to the close proximity to the city and the nice stay, the host was extremely responsive throughout start to end of our visit. We had one minor situation but it was immediately/quickly resolved. & even despite that, my rating is 5 stars across the board! Also worthy of mentioning, the kitchen space had everything needed — same as you would in your own home! Splendid stay!

Simply incredible. One of the most beautiful spaces we have ever seen. The design was unique, and the atmosphere was perfectly cured. The lighting, architecture, and every single element cultivated a true sense of well-being. The location was also amazing, being 2 minutes away from the Ancient Agora and 10/15 mins from the Acropolis! Furthermore, Ioannis was an exceptional host, and provided clear and helpful tips for navigating the city. This is the absolute number one spot to stay in Athens, believe me!!! Exceptional Stay! This is the kind of place you'll want to return to—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the iconic treasures of Athens, which we did each evening. Just steps away from shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful escape from the city's buzz. Everything you could need for a short or extended stay has been carefully considered and provided. The hosts were amazing—clearly passionate about both their city and this stunning property. They were quick to respond to any questions and offered fantastic recommendations upon our arrival. They even helped us book with a trusted local company for both our arrival and departure. This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

True luxury in magnificent surroundings. Made for a perfect location for our family reunion. An unforgettable holiday. Tasos, the host, has been attentive and generous without ever feeling overbearing - top rate hospitality!

Definitely worth it for a group trip! Lots of beds and rooms, the host’s caretaker Fotis and his wife made great food for our group one night despite short notice for that request. Tennis court and rackets not wimbledon class exactly, but worked for the purpose of shooting some balls back and forth for casual fun. Hot water a bit tricky to get running, but otherwise everything worked out great. A bargain, especially for a group of ~10. The host Kostas was friendly, accommodated requests and answered promptly.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

We had a fabulous brief stay and this beautiful home. Immaculately clean. Fabulous surroundings and views. Antonio was very responsive to any queries we had. Plenty of great places to walk to and beaches. Kazba at the bottom of the road is amazing for breakfast lunch evening meal or just a drink. Friendly and reasonable prices. Loved the cats at the house and the jacuzzi. Didn’t use the pool, only a brief stay. The top terrace was amazing to watch the sun rise ( if you get up early). Thank you 🙏

We had an amazing stay at John's place! John and his family are truly exceptional hosts—pleasant, helpful, and so welcoming. John's local recommendations were spot-on. The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Nikolaos's place is uniquely curated with local wall art and comfortable furniture! We were pleased with the amount of space we shared. Beds & baths were comfortable! The outer street door & patio entrance doors are heavy but have a unique locking mechanism that made us feel safe and secluded in our space. The patio even has a roll out wall awning to cover the table and chairs in case you want to stay dry from rain or away from the sun! The rooftop patio (with a semi-steep narrow staircase) was our favorite part where we spotted the Acropolis & local shops & cafes...all easy walking distance! Nikolaos was very accommodating & his home is near anything you could possibly want to visit! The airport transportation drops you at the back side of the home on the street by the local olive wood shop & you must walk up a few wides steps and around the corner to the front door-only a couple of minutes away! Best advice we could give is to pack light, avoid large suitcases! 100% perfect rental!
