Holiday rentals with beach access in Acquaseria

Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Elena is a very kind and responsive host. She recommended what to do on New Year's Eve. Clean, spacious and well organized apartment. Above all, come back in the summer.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Isa welcomed us in person and helped with both check-in and check-out. Isa, Sabrina, and Paolo were all incredibly kind and helpful—they even arranged taxis for us multiple times (thank you again!). The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need—beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, washing detergent, and more. They even provided a bottle of wine and some snacks, which was such a lovely touch. The place was sparkling clean, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable—better than some hotels we’ve stayed in! It’s an easy, scenic 20-minute walk to Varenna, where we caught ferries to Bellagio and Menaggio. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning—we loved relaxing on the couch and gazing out the window. They even prepared a parting gift for us at checkout, which we’ve since had framed. We will definitely return to Lake Como, and when we do, we’ll be booking Isa’s place again without hesitation.

The hosts were very helpful and anticipated any questions or needs. Easy self-check in. Their apartment size was just right for 2 adults with a toddler for a 3 night stay, and very clean. We didn’t eat in so cannot comment on kitchen amenities for cooking. Nice crib provided at my request. We loved spending time on the sun terrace with our 2yr old daughter, and right across the street was access to a beach which she loved spending some time on. Just a short walk up the street was a good pizzeria and a few other restaurants with outside seating and great views. Downstairs was a restaurant where we also enjoyed coffee and fresh croissants in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

One of the prettiest properties I've ever stayed in. the view of Lake como was simply phenomenal. words can't describe how good it was. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond their way to make our stay great. I have never seen a more humble, friendly and gracious host as Daniel. He was like a dear friend to us. The amenities in the house are simple top of the mark especially the kitchen and the washroom. All the resturant recommendations Daniel gave were excellent. we would definitely recommend to our friends.

We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

The place was as described and couldn't have been nice! Top location with very nice views. Communication with the landlords was also perfect. We can definitely recommend the apartment and will be back again.

Most amazing place!! Super peaceful and cheap and yummy restaurants near!! The view is INSANE!! The host is so amazing!! Completely exceeded our expectations! She is super responsive and so helpful!!! We would 100% stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at Natalie’s. It was a perfect place for our family trip to Lake Como area. Very close to the ferries in Varenna with fantastic views of lake Como. We loved hanging out on the patio for happy hour and sunsets… sometimes it was hard to leave in order further explore Lake Como! Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Luigi's house in a very good location by Lake Como . Everything was perfect, the house very well equipped and very clean and Luigi very kind and good advice. The place is wonderful and peaceful not far from Milan and Bergamo but a little secluded to be able to fully enjoy the lake and the calm . We really recommend it.

Had 4 fantastic nights at Andrea’s place, what a view! He was helpful in so many ways - lots of great local recommendations, the place was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely! We would definitely want to come and stay again at some point! Highly recommend!

Quiet and relaxing stay. Communication was easy and efficient. Accessible by train, 10-15 minutes walk from the station. Thank you for everything:)

Our stay at the little house was great! The views from the balcony were unbelievable, area was quiet, peaceful and private. Kathi the host was a great help, giving recommendations for places and things to do. The entire place was clean, cosy and homely! Only little negative was that we heard noise from the rooms above later on in the evening when we were trying to sleep. However this can’t be helped.

One of the best views you can get. Even the pictures can not show how good it is. The house was very clean. The easiest check-in ever. Michele is a great host and answered to any question we had. Many thanks!

Great spot near the lake!

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

This was an excellent four night stay at Gian’s place. First off, he is an awesome host. Super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sights in the lake como area. Bellano is a wonderful location to discover Lake Como without the large crowds of the larger centres. Gian’s place was exactly as advertised and your money goes much further there than other places. Lots of nice restaurants in Bellano as well and very good value. Gian’s place has everything you need for a great stay in lake Como.

Old building but renovated apartment. Not very big but for two people it's perfect. Everything is well cared for, fragrant blankets, impeccable cleanliness. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were also provided in the shower (apart from the train nearby but at night we did not hear it). We had a very, very good time and if we ever come back to those parts, we will definitely come back to book. Ivana was super cute. Everything was super 🙂💪🏻

The right place to unplug, highly recommended! There is everything you need and Alessandro and his wife were always available and very helpful.

For us, it was an all-round successful vacation. The apartment was very, very clean upon our arrival. There was nothing missing! We enjoyed the ambiance and location very much! Communication was also great. We would definitely visit again! Thanks a lot!

We had a great time at the grandparents' house! Everything was as advertised, clean and tidy; upon our arrival they were already there waiting for us as agreed on the site. Very bright environment, equipped with anything you need, from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bedrooms. It doesn't bother you at all. Great location, sunny, quiet area but great location to visit the lake and surroundings. Dear Corrado as a host and remarkable availability in everything. I can only recommend this place! :D
