The lower apartment includes a bedroom, a large and pampering bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a work area and a spacious dining area. The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two pampering bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom , a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. Air-conditioning in every room, smart TV in all bedrooms and living room rooms and internet is available throughout the house.

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

A wonderful modern place to stay. Amazing views. this house is so much better than the description One thing is you definitely need a car as this is not on the main drag and very high up in the mountains, but with a car you can also explore the other treats Skiathos has to offer

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! Thank you so much Tasos and Kriton, we can’t wait to come back ❤️

Just returned from a glorious stay on our favourite Greek island- made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Villa kalamaraki. Fred is a superb host, clear and effective communicator. The Villa is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The villas was spotlessly clean which was maintained by the friendly cleaning staff every 3 days. You will need a car, quad, bike or taxi unless you want to take the 20 minute walk to Kanapitsa where you can get the water taxi or bus into town. The location of this villa is superb, short descent to a semi private beach for snorkelling and relaxation if you are seeking a change from the well equipped swimming pool. You will not be disappointed Doots 24

They already knew the place, we returned with pleasure with friends. The possibility of a private descent to the sea and the breathtaking view terrace are the extraordinary peculiarities of this accommodation. To have this, you must agree to be a little far from shops and/or other activities. But it's never been a problem for us with car rent

ANGIO VILLAS SPA

We had a really enjoyable stay as a family of four at George’s Villa. We have a three year-old and an eight-year-old who shared the bedroom downstairs we stayed in the bedroom opposite. The only thing to mention is that the staircase down to the bottom floor is a bit precarious, without handrails. There is a safety gate to prevent kids going down there, so was not a problem for us. There is another double bedroom on the top floor. The views from the Villa are incredible it is a very private and peaceful location. There is another villa available next door but there was no one staying when we were there. Car 100% required. Less than 10 min drive to Skiathos town and airport (you can actually see the runway from the villa garden in the distance!)
