Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Achill Island

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Marie's very much! Could have stayed longer. Everything was clean, the beds very comfortable. It's a little ways outside of Westport so it's a perfect combination of quiet and peaceful but still with plenty to do close by. We spent lots of time in the living room just enjoying the amazing view. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Hopefully we can stay again one day!

Olivia sent us pictures of the house the day before arrival and exact explanations of how to find the house, where the key box is and so on. When we arrived, we were totally thrilled with the apartment from the first moment, it was furnished exactly as described. Very nice, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom happened to be exactly like our furnishing style at home. This immediately gave us a "feeling of home". The apartment was above average well equipped. There were several varieties of tea, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner - hand soap from Rituals, there were adapter plugs & hairspray, in addition a nice cozy wool blanket. We got to know Olivia personally on the day of departure and had a very pleasant and pleasant conversation with her. We would recommend the apartment and Olivia as a landlady at any time. We really enjoyed our time there.

This place looked just like the pictures - actually it was bigger than we expected!! Beautiful location, super clean. Full kitchen was perfect for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. Absolutely lovely and would return!!

We had such a great time staying at the Apothecary, the place was absolutely spot on. There are great places to explore that are essentially right on your doorstep, plenty of walking routes and nice scenery. Philip had some great recommendations for us and was very friendly. We would definitely come back again.

Major problem for us - only 1 key for property- no access or intercom so unable to do separate activities which was disappointing. Suggest 2 keys for guests in future or install intercom to aid access

Mary and Eamonn’s place was one of our favorite places that we stayed in on our trip. Their property is beautiful and serene. The little hiking trails that lead to the river were lovely to take a contemplative walk. Eamonn was great in making sure that we were settled in and gave some great recommendations for some local walks. Being greeted by their dog Coco every morning was a great start to the day! We wish we could have stayed there longer. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that is still close to town.

I’ve been to Westport multiple times and I always stay at John’s place. Great location, modern apartment. Tricia is a terrific hostess.

Recently we stayed in Carme's place for two nights and it was a home away from home. The house is beautiful, spacious and cosy and it boasts a beautiful view of Croagh Patrick. I loved seeing the cows in the field while having my breakfast and the family sheep dog is so friendly. Thank you Carmel for your delicious home baked bread, jam and your farm eggs. It was such a lovely and welcoming gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our only regret was that we only stayed for 2 nights! We will just have to come back!

Achill is lovely. This house is a walkable distance to Keel town and Keel Beach. The beach is stunning with rolling waves and lots of sand. We had two families (7 people). The house had enough room for us, including a large kitchen and large living room.

we walked and drove all over Achill and nowhere came close to the quality of Orla and Noel's house. Inside, the place was luxurious and again, no holiday home comes close. Highly recommend.

Red’s home was absolutely fantastic; I couldn’t have picked a better place in Westport for my family to stay! Red was so friendly and helpful getting us checked in when we arrived early, and made sure we knew we could contact him if we needed anything. The house was so cozy and comfortable and felt like a home away from home! The location was perfect; we were able to walk to everything in Westport and didn’t need to rent a car. Highly recommend for your next visit to Westport!!

A great place for a week away from it all. The house is clean, warm and dry which are what you need on the west coast. Great location right on the lake but also close to Clonbur and Cong with lots of options to eat and drink a good Guinness. Would definitely recommend.

Husband, myself and 2 sons had a fabulous stay. The house was beautiful; even better than the pictures. It sits high up a country road with fantastic views. It’s off the beaten path but it only adds to its appeal. The furnishings, kitchen/baths,beds are all high quality and comfortable. Highly recommend this beautiful house Lorna and Dave were fantastic hosts. The cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Our grandson had a great time with a full play room of toys and plenty of space to play outside. A wonderful stay. We would love to return.

The apartment is very spacious and also offers parking for several vehicles. Gerard was very accommodating and gave good tips for tours to explore Ballina and the region. Everyone helped us a lot with the problems we had with the motorcycle. A special highlight was the visits to the pub next door, where we had many interesting conversations with nice people. We can only recommend the property.

We had a great stay at Clonbur House. Lovely apartment with enough space, 3 pubs just around the corner and the bakery next to the house. Wifi worked, not perfectly but sufficient , so we could have some teams calls etc. there. Landscape and lakes around Clonbur are beautiful. Will definitely come again!

Mary was so lovely and welcoming. She was easily contactable and so warm and friendly. We were keen to have a bit of privacy and she left us to our own devices to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location of the apartment is really spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub looking out on the lake was a real highlight of the trip.

Danny was very welcoming and made myself and my girlfriend feel right at home. The place was very cosy and peaceful. Would stay again!

The owner was brilliant communicate with, every instruction to get in and how to get around was very good, we had a group and it was seem less!! We will definitely be back to this location as part of our yearly trip! Thanks for everything!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Catherine's apartment, which was very comfortable, nicely laid out, very well equipped and very spacious. It's located on the top floor, at the rear of the building, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. Another positive is the fact that there is a parking space in the building as on-street parking outside always seemed to be full. It's in a great location, with bars, restaurants etc., in walking distance and there's even a convenience store nearby. We also found the location to be very convenient for access to the various attractions of the area. Overall, we were very pleased to have found this property and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Janet's apartment. very clean, private and perfectly situated in beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend and we will be back sometime in the future.

First time having stayed in Airbnb. And Helen’s certainly exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately it was so relaxing we didn’t want to go out . Cleaner than any hotel. Definitely 💯 want to go back. My paradise
