Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Abucay

We enjoyed our stay while we are in the place. it is very clean and comfortable. we felt that it is our own home. truly recommended!

Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

It was a great experience. Easy check in, the unit was exactly as mentioned in the listing. There are improvements I can think of which I provided in the private review but overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is perfectly located near SM Central, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience. From the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return for another stay. Highly recommended!

Super great deal.  Felt so homey as a family with kids. Cozy and clean house and a very kind owner. They welcomed us with personal greetings and fruits that my kids loved! The pool was so much fun! Not crowded as it is private and not pricey... its so affordable to guests who wants to swim. Complete items that a house should have. They offered soap and shampoo, towels and complete kitchen items. Overall this listing is one of the bests you could have in airbnb.

This is probably the most peaceful and quiet place we've ever booked. People in the area are nice and helpful. The host is quick to respond. The LPG suddenly ran out and it was replaced in a matter of minutes after I messaged Karen. The house was clean and we appreciate the appliances it has such as the hot/cold dispenser and washer. I love that the house has everything that are actually functioning and not just for the photo description.

We travelled as a family of 6 with kids. We enjoyed our stay fully. Lili was a great host.

The place is spacious , cozy and impeccably cleanml. We truly enjoyed our time, especially playing the PS4, and appreciated that the kitchen was fullt equipped with complete cutlery, they have also complimentary snacks which you can enjoy. It genuinely felt like home - peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Asif and Mary were both incredibly responsive and accommodating througout our stay, promptly addressing any concerns we had. This was our first time using Airbnb, and we can confidently say this place exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future. Millie's place was brilliant, though not perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay. Great value for money, great location (was very peaceful), home was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy. Place is Pet Friendly with enough space to roam around Area for improvement if any: TV can be place at the living room for bonding experience. We'll definitely recommend this place👏👌🤗

The location is great, especially if you're going to do paperwork at the BIR Trese Martires, it's very near. If you want to buy food, you can just walk a bit, and you'll be at SM. If you prefer delivery, Food Panda is also available. The room is well-maintained, the bed is clean, and the towels are fresh. The place is also clean, and the guards are friendly. Downside: Starting at 8 a.m., there are 2 ongoing construction work right outside the window with scaffolding and directly across from unit 218, with constant hammering. It makes it difficult to rest properly. The toilet seat cover is broken. Overall, the stay was okay, and Sir Dan was very responsive. Thank you so much

We totally loved our stay in Arnel's place! The unit is spacious, perfect for family with kids like us! Our daughter really likes the bunk bed and the huge TV! The place is so cozy and comfortable, it has an inviting environment that we don't want to go out! It has a complete kitchen utensils and appliances. I especially love the washing machine because we were able to dry our wet clothes from swimming before going home! The view is perfect, it gives more appeal to the place. Arnel was incredibly responsive and so kind, he let us extend for 3hrs for free!! The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to SM Trece. I recommend this place, definitely want to go back again! I am so thankful to found this gem!
